Why don't you build a new In-Out out by the new Lowes in Salinas,Calif?It would be a win win

In-n-out expands very slowely. Many places would be suitable for a new restaurant but their Corp chooses where the next in-n-out will be with a lot of factors varying their decision. They maybe add 10 stores a year

I can agree with this, Salinas in n out is always slammed.
