Depends the size of the tattoo it can be less than 100
Actually the guys in the shop don't really charge by the hour for letters, if I were you just go in and talk to them they will work something out for you. I paid a flat rate for my daughter's tattoo on her back and got a really good price on it.
Shop minimum is $100/hr
