Yes, they do come with your choice of sides. You can also add more if you want. I've found the portions to be adequate.

Some come with 2 sides. But in my experience they're too small for what you pay. Comes in little cups. Go to Mayflower and get what you pay for.

Most plates come with 1 side and cole slaw. I usually get the Low Country Boil. It's delicious.
