All I can say is that they are cunning with the fraud games they play. When I viewed their site for a preowned certified Fusio, the nice Ford oval appeared on their website. It wasn't until my car broke down on an interstate that they play a shell game, where they slyly slip in paperwork from a third party certified company NOT Ford who cover just about nothing. How do u complain? Do what I did. First document everything the contact the Attorney Generals office. Dont get me started about the fact that they took my lease as a trade in and never paid it off as they said they would. I didn't find that out until Hyundai sent me a collection letter! I've been buying cars for over 40 years. If you're thinking about shopping there, think again!
Had nothing but great service there, but go in and talk to the manager
Go inside and ask for the store manager or the service manager dont call they'll just blow you off
