I have never experienced that with Ableoff Nissan. Actually my truck was just in for service and I was kept up to date almost every other day on the progress of the service. When I purchased the vehicle, my salesman kept in touch with me very regularly because he was trying to find a truck that I wanted that they did not have in stock... And he did find it. I cannot say enough about their sales and service department. They are both top-notch!!! Actually I enjoyed my sales experience so much and have the most extreme confidence and satisfaction with their service department that this is the second vehicle in two years that I purchased from them.
Keep calling . Sometimes they are busy. Usually there is always someone to answer the phone and then to relay the message to the right dept
If having troubles the best thing is to ask for a manager don't hang up until you get in touch with one.
