There certainly is if the cold becomes an issue, but I would note that the building is not very large nor is it meant for simply sitting and watching. For example, there are benches but people use these to remove their shoes and put on their skates. It tends to be busy in there and it would probably be difficult for families to put skates on if others used the benches to simply sit and watch the outside activities.
