Uh...I think a safer bet would be to go to Tops and a safer bet than that would be Wegmans or a meat market.
Typically they would start having it at this time of year for upcoming gatherings; however, I would give them a call and ask lots of detailed questions... How fresh, price, how long does it stay fresh for. Is it thoroughly cleaned, etc.
