What’s worse than having your big toe nearly amputated off or customer service at this store? Had both happen and I’m not sure. Ordered pick up and the guy was rude, vulgar and dint even try to get everything on my list.

The one in Amherst or Williamsville? Amherst I do deliveries for, they've never been rude or anything. Maybe a little slow, but not your description. If it's the one I pulled up on Maps, I could see that store having issues. Very disorganized, associates all over, but not assisting or 2+ people deep they're helping. Never had to go to the customer service there, but I could imagine a root canal without anesthesia or a trip to the nysdmv being better experiences... Lmfao 🤦‍♂️

I'd take rude customer service every time. Only have 2 big toes to worry about amputation from that guy. Let the guy be vulgar and rude. Remember he has to go home to who knows what.

Like you have also had amputations of both finger and toe and sometimes the customer service at Walmart can be just as difficult to deal with
