I'm sorry you felt that way as an employee.. if you want you can reach out to you district team and have them do a investigation on Tom's where you were working at
How were you discriminated against?? I've been to that toms many times and I do notice the employees are close and hang out with each other outside of work. They have a little click you could say. They all seem friendly to me
I have Never had any bad experience at Tom's in Lancaster or Palmdale never been to the one in Rosemond have u spoke with anyone at Tom's about this ? Maybe they don't like u for who u are I hope not
