Are people allowed to go inside just to redeem tickets? My local John's Incredible Pizza closed permanently because of the pandemic and now I'm stuck with hundreds of tickets that I never redeemed.

Hi Victoria, paid admission is required for entry. Our endless buffet is included with paid admission. We still have John's favorites like our Spicy Peanut Butter Pizza, breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, and so much more plus some new items you may want to try, like our new Brookie dessert (part brownie, part chocolate chip cookie). We hope to see you soon so you can redeem your tickets and get a fun prize!

Depending on the manager at the time, but typically you do have to pay admission which includes buffet. So if you find a day that you might want to eat lunch and/or play games, that would be your best bet.

Hello worker here, you can come in to redeem prizes but you will have to pay admission to enter. I recommend maybe coming in during weekday lunch when it's cheaper
