Your picture is not available. There exists considerable misunderstand regarding doubling. There are two kinds of doubling. Double Die and Machine Doubling. Double Die = Hub Doubling A true double die will be rounded and raised. Strike Doubling = Machine Doubling; Mechanical Doubling; Machine Doubling Damage; Shelf Doubling; or Die Bounce This results from vibrations in the press, and occurs within the split second after the coin is struck and will typically show as flat shelf-like extensions of the doubled characters.

Not familiar with details. I would check with Ft Worth Coin Co. They were quite knowledgeable about the years with value.
