Why doesn't an one at your store answer the phone? I called six times in two days trying to get through to a person, and no one answered the phone. Finally called the "ammunition" number to transfer me to the camping department - no answer again.

I haven't had that problem but if your with a customer your not by the phone. Their in store customer service is the best I have HD at an outdoor retailer. Excellent.

People don't get paid to answer telephones anymore. Store has more customers than they deserve.
