technically there is room but if it's not during a lull period it would be really hard to get around because it's so crowded
I would say yes, but the games can be a little tall...
I would say it is wheelchair accessible, but not wheelchair friendly. Arcade games by nature are tall, and it may be difficult to play. But, you are always welcome, and they do have ramps to get it in. It just may be tight getting to the games.
