No children have to leave at 9 no matter if they are accompanied by an adult.
Only until 9 PM. Then it becomes grown up time
After 9pm it becomes a place for adults to drink alcohol and play games.
Everyone had to pay to enter. And yes, every child has to have an adult.
After 9pm they make an announcement saying anyone under 21 must leave.
Sometimes they will let you depending on the time.
