There's one a Parks Mall in Arlington TX. Beyond that I'm not sure. But I would think it's a chain with many more locations.
There is one in middletown, ny but that one does not accept play cards from the tx locations (and vice versa)
Yes there is one I know of in Ohio in Mentor.
There are a few throughout the DFW but i have only been to the one in Grapevine and Arlington. I would check the website for other locations.
