Doors open at 7, only seats are upstairs in balcony.
Door usually open an hour before show starts.
It should specify on the ticket when the doors open, and when the show starts. The floor is standing room only, but there's a bar at the back of the room.
No seating that I remember, but they do have a wheelchair accessible area on both sides of the stage!

No seats on the floor level but they have some upstairs.Yeah 7.00 pm would be the door opening time not the start of concert
