I have a 16 year old cat, her hips are bad, drags her back feet, hard for her to walk, she can't get up into her litter box to pee or poop, I think it's time to put her down, I don't have money, can you suggest what I should do?

I would call around 2 c if any vet can help pro bono (free) that's very sad situation or @ least if they could help @ a reduced price r U a vet or disabled person or a combination of the 2
