Have sciatica again, wastreated 3 years ago by Dr. Wright. Do I have to go through my family Dr. or can I just call office for an appointment to get an injection?

I would call them and get an appointment, you probably won't get who you want, but to get inagain will be a great step. Be warned, it might be a wait before you can get an appointment.
