Hi, it depends on the size difference and the complexity of the ring, also how busy our jewelers are that day. If not same day, we can get it done within a few days! We are open from 11-6pm every day, so feel free to bring your piece by anytime. The earlier the better, to catch the jewelers when they first come in.
They did for me, however, I bought the ring there.
