What is the hottest pepper you can get here dried or fresh?

Hi Chili Peppers are pretty hot and delicious

There is a whole isle of chili's there. The birdseye are pretty great heat, and have lots of flavor. But don't underestimate the many different sambal to choose from.

I do Not know,don't use hot peppers but they are very nice there ,go ask them.
