Is it true that Winco in Meridian isbreaking Hippa law, and violating people's constitutional rights by refusing service to people who have informed Winco employees of their medical condition which prohibits them wearing a mask in the store?

I don’t wear a mask in there. Only once have they ever asked about it and were polite with it. They just gave me a card just like Fred Meyers saying I don’t need one
