As of may 23 I have No idea if Balch lark is open yet. Can anyone help me. I call the number and it just beeps. My family had plans to go camping in June.

I've been driving north on 190 through Porterville to Balch camp ground. By way of Bear Creek Road. Are there any detours I should know about this year ?
