I know that they do fix iPhones! How much usually depends on which iPhone you have and if it's just the screen or if the LCD screen is damaged too! I also believe that they do accept credit cards for repairs!
They do, but the cost depends upon the model of the phone. Also, they are a cash-only business. I suggest you give them a call and inquire directly
