As a professional polling firm, their clients want persons of certain demographics to be interviewed, but persons have to have knowledge of their products/services and /or buy/use their products. Consequently, they are very selective about their interviewee selection. You cannot compare their studies to a blind taste in a grocery store or a random telephone interview.
