$10 for the basic plan, $20 for "black card" membership which gives you access to the massage chairs, hydro massage beds, tanning booths and discounts on drinks.

$10/month for the basic plan which gives you access to the local gym. $19/mo gives you access to any Planet Fitness gym and some other perks. They do charge an annual fee on top of the monthly fee.

$10/month or $19/month if you choose the black card membership and a $39 annual fee billed in October.
