No they do not ppl play fetch all tge time and chill with there pups but hope your dogs r nice abd dont run into a grumpy dog havent met one there yet though ppl r smart about it :)
I don't believe so. I have taken my Australian Shepard and let her roam. It does help that they're trained to come though. In case they start to wonder
