As much as I like Haydel's their version is no comparison to Hubigs. I would rate their version of a Hubig's pie a C-!
You can not, the business burned to the ground. Yrs Haydells make some very good ones, also other bakeries in the area are making them.
Hubig is out of business... However you can get Haydel's hand pies at most gas stations in the area or at dorignac, rouses
You can't buy hubig's pie because the business is closed and has yet to reopen and I don't know if they ever will. Hey Dolls mix something similar called a hand pie I have not personally tried one so I can't comment to how they taste
no hubig's pies. They may reopen on the westbank.
They are now called Haydells pies. I know they have them at rouses grocery and NOLA drugs
