Wheat, rye and barley grains naturally contain gluten. Not sure a gluten -free whole wheat is possible. Maybe try chickpea/garbanzo bean flour instead. It's gluten-free and bakes well plus is healthy. Not sure if they have that here though as I haven't been here in a few weeks. Sorghum, Rice, Potato, Tapioca, and Coonut flours are also gluten-free.
I don't know, but I would assume they do, as they carry a myriad of items.
