Why did this shop charge me for services that were clearly NOT Done? I've had 2 Mechanics show Me it wasn't Done. Steve said he had Nothing for me as he shrugged his shoulders. Unbelievable!

I would get a letter from both mechanics stating their findings and take them to court. Consumers have rights not to be taken advantage of.
