They have a soup kitchen but I do not know the hours. They also have a good pantry that will give you food to make.
They have lunch hours and pantry hours, both posted on the door of both Fulton and Oswego Corp's doors, and you can always call. Staff will always try to help you out. Also usually there are free breads on the shelf too. Hope this helps you.
