I used to go to Phil's for a breakfast buffet. Do they still offer a breakfast buffet, if so what time? I couldn't find anything on thier website about breakfast.

I'm not sure. I think they do an earlier buffet on Sunday's. Not sure if it is breakfast or not.

Hmm, last time I went was for lunch, but they had a good breakfast menu.
