I'm pretty sure there hasn't been skiing on the Mt. Holyoke Range in 20 years. Mt. Tom was the place to go but has been closed for some time.
No skiing. Probably snowshoing
I've heard of snow shoeing, and cross country skiing, you may contact Mt Holyoke College for some info.
