Why are the staff so rude?

I told myself they were just very busy, but I found reception to be dismissive & unfriendly. BUT .. .. Dr. Winger was so wonderful, kind, and down to earth, that I will put up with the rude women in the front! Also, really fair prices 😁

I've only been here once and didn't deal with any rude staff members. I know that they have been short staffed and overloaded with clients, the place was an absolute madhouse when I went and I was lucky enough to get a parking spot as the lot was completely full. Perhaps you just caught them on a busy bad day, although I realize that's still not a good reason to be rude, especially if you're dealing with a sick pet.

I've never once dealt with anyone rude. But you know, we are all just humans. Maybe they has an emergency, or maybe she just assisted someone who lost their pet. While I understand customer service is important..you also have to understand the times we are in. Please give them a second try. I promise you..this is the best place I've taken any of my animals too. ❤️
