Thank you all for chipping in with your comments. We make what are traditionally known in Mexico as Flautas and in the US as rolled tacos. We offer five flavors: Beef, Chicken, California (beef, cheese and potato filling), Potato, and Vegan (lentil and quinoa). We top them with Mexican sour cream, a blend of shredded Chihuahua and Monterey Jack cheese, Cotija cheese, lettuce, and guacamole; with salsa on the side. We also offer sides of rice and beans. The food and our establishments are Gluten free.

Hard crunchy rolled tacos. Guacamole, cabbage, pico de gallo and cheese. Strongly recommend this place. Delicious
