When a Real Estate company lists a vacant home, who takes on the responsibility of the yard upkeep? There is a nice home for sale on my block and it was a well maintained home while occupied but now it has become an eyesore on our block.

It still falls to the owner of the home to pay for and arrange the upkeep of the home.
