Food is always fresh as it is cooked to order. I would liken it on a plane with 5 guys.
I agree with rod. My husband and I don't eat fast food often, but steak and shake is a better quality. We also enjoy the royale.
It's all around higher quality, so they command higher prices. I prefer In-N-Out, but I'll go for a Royale with bacon every now and then. There are coupons and discounts if you track them down. It's worth every penny IMO.
The prices are about the same as a Denny's. The taste and quality does vary depending on who's cooking. I'm local trust me on this.
I found the food over priced with low quality and taste. Perhaps it was a off night, I have not returned.
It's not that expensive. Just about the same as Carl's Jr
