You should either call the store or walk in to speak to a manager. They're unlikely to see your request here.
You obviously received bad service. Been there, done that. I went to the manager AND when I was approached by the company through a survey, I placed my complaint again. They never get your order right, it's always a hit an miss and they are extremely rude if you say anything. OR my favorite is when you order from the app. half the time it's never ready at the allotted time.
