You will need your receipt, and your books you purchased. Go to AHC bookstore and someone will help you .
If the order has already been fulfilled they can refund you at the bookstore the receipt will be in your order. When you go in let them know your family bought the books and you need to refund the order you placed. You cannot refund the order online, but try calling and leaving a message for whoever fulfills the order because they may be able to cancel it if it's not fulfilled.
