Hollywood is the Fort Lauderdale Airport Tri-Rail station which is not the Fort Lauderdale City station and is often confused. Then take the train North - the price is around $4 for a regular ticket.

You have to take the free shuttle from The Airport to the Tri-rail station ( look for the signs in the airport). At the train station, you can buy the ticket north bound also $4
