Legally, no. But if you use the most northern boardwalk and head a little north on the beach nobody bothers you. Just make sure to pick up what your dog leaves behind....
No. The locals do not appreciate. People do not pick up and they do not fill in the holes that the dogs dig which is a threat to the nesting turtles
Im not sure I've never seen one im there alot they do have a lifeguard but im sure it is they all should be its sad when you can't bring your dog as long as you clean up after it
