There are so many of us that are cashiers that worry about the same thing. Our store manager, Co-managers Sept.managers all jump in whenever there are more than 2-3 customers waiting. They even get our janitors to cashier. I know the wait seems long but we try hard. I look forward to making your next visit to Walmart an outstanding experience for you!
People complain about the lines a lot...but you can't beat the inventory...the grocery store addition in recent years has changed the wait times...
I've been in many walmart stores across the country this is the best one. Everyone I came in contact with were super nice. The lines at Christmas were nothing compared to Sacramento where I used to live.
Have you tried self-checkout? It's perfect if you're just buying a few things. Easy to use and help seems to come fast if something goes wonky.
Our Walmart just repaved their parking lot. They painted over the parking spaces and took away half the handicap parking. Now I can never find a handicap parking spot. Not even a normal parking spot anywhere close to the entrances. I will drive up and down all the aisles looking for a spot and finally give up and park in the crosshatch sections. I think it is very sad that they could care less if the disabled can park close to entrances!! I live alone and have no one to help me. Inside they turned all but 6 registers into self service scan and go. Again, because I am disabled it is very hard for me to check myself out and I have no way to request help to load my cart or help me to the car.
I feel Wal-Mart is exceptional even if it is busy the wait is worth it
