There is a proposition area at The Botanical Gardens, where many kinds of plants are sold. The plants there are constantly changing, so your best bet is to look through them while you're at the Gardens. I don't remember seeing Bonsai Trees there...

They do sell many plants other than bonsai. Great native species and many bromeliads.

While Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens have a superb Bonsai Garden, they are not for sale. Calling Port St. Louis Gardens may get you a referral or go on line for Bonsai seller close to your location.
