Sometimes their equipment is shut down early on slow nights for cleaning/maintenance/repairs. Fryers take quite while for the oil to cool down. These are the reasons i would assume. [Not an Employee of BurgerFi]
I'm sorry but ive worked in fast food before you shoukd never offer something you wont have all the time. They close at 10 its 8 30 and I doubt they change the oil everyday its just horrible managment in my opinion.
