Do you have to be a resident of North Bergen or can anyone go

Residents pay abou$t 200-300 and non residents would pay up to $600-700 The price gets lowered if you go in April to the rec center but non residents are allowed aslong as they pay for the membership

If you are not a resident of North Begen you have to pay almost the double fee.
