No, there is meat accompanied with practically every dish. I'm sure that they also use egg in their cooking processes.

Let’s say you wanted a vegan salad. Flour, wheat, or corn tortilla. Get rice and your choice of beans. No meat, no problem. Lettuce, pico, guacamole, no cheese and strips. Vinaigrette dressing or mango. The ranch has milk. You’re welcome.

As far as vegan, you might be able to get a salad with beans and rice without any meat.
