I don't know why they set appointments to call customers to do monthly reviews of performance if they don't call you at the time and date agreed. They may call you at another time when you are no prepared for a call . Very poor customer service

PR business has always done well for me, they do what they say in the appointments and followed up. They are always in communication by text or email and they do what they say they're going to do. Been dealing with them for about 4 years

They have always sent email 24 hrs prior to confirm by sending #1, or a text to confirm time, if YOU don't confirm your time, that's on you, I have used them for years and NEVER had an issue with my appointments.

Tbh, I've recently learned you can contact them and have someone assist or give you updates at your convenience. You don't have to wait tonly utilize the one scheduled appointment. This info was absolutely helpful for me whereas now I contact them for various updates and inquiries.
