That would be the right thing for them to do. However, if you sign up for their specials and email and use your card or phone number they have your purchase on their computer record. They have always been happy to look my purchase up and help me.
Cororate policy says no receipt, no refunds. However, if the item is unopened, they could maybe do an exchange. Honestly, it wouldnt bother me though.
They're doing their job... Just like when you get pulled over & get a ticket. Give you your $5 & loose their income? Write corporate & request they change their policy.
To stop that problem ,tractor supply needs to do like home Depot. They also send a receipt to my email. So if you lose the original, you can show the e-mailed one.
It's their corporate company policy and out of their hands. Large corporations like Tractor Supply in Walmart give us great prices. And we all started shopping there running all the little mom-and-pop places out of business. And now we all complain because we don't get the level of service from these major corporations that we got from the little shops we quit shopping at.
