Yes they do, but keep in mind since Carl's is a discount store they have a variety of different items and do not always have the same items and once an item is gone it might take awhile before they get it again if at all.
It happens. When they do have meats in stock, they'll be in the freezer.

Carl''s store really does not have a set inventory. Meat is usually one if those bonus finds. I go there mostly for drinks, salad dressing, bread snacks and canned foods. Also they have really cute and affordable gifts. I like to make them my 1st stop with my grocery list because I can usually find cross out atleast half of the list and saved alot of money.
And some meat products have thawed, been kept cold, tgen re-frozen. Does not affect quality, but some find this unacceptable. Just know what you're getting
I have never seen beef or chicken meats sold there, other than in burritos or other products. I've seen meats like hams, but no others in my 15 visits in the past few years.
