I have been a customer even before there was a small lunch counter serving lunch on styrofoam plates. Yesterday was the worst experience. Absent service. Waited over 20 minutes and never even got water. I got up and left.

Doesn't surprise me. Just like I stated in my review, food and service has gone downhill ever since the expansion.
