I would stop by Penn Herb and ask the staff there what would work best for the symptoms you are experiencing.
There are many herbs and supplements that are great for gut health. Feel free to stop in anytime and we would be happy to show you what has helped others.
Doctors would say that this disease can't be cured because of being accustomed to treating the symptoms and not the cause. Raw aloe vera gel worked for me. There are a number of foods to avoid that cause flare-ups: all foods with nuts and seeds and rough skins, especially popcorn, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetable skins, green veggies, whole grains, spicy foods, corn, dairy and red and green peppers. Be careful of high fiber foods. The symptoms can be avoided by what you eat.
There many but u have to find the right one for you so go to the store and ask everyone there will knowledge on herbs
